Physical Therapy
Moving with confidence again.
After surgery, a fall, or simply over time, the body can lose its footing. Our licensed physical therapists come to you — meeting you in your own hallway, on your own stairs, with your own walker — so the work translates directly to daily life.
What we work on
- Gait training and walking confidence
- Balance and fall-prevention exercises
- Therapeutic exercise for strength and endurance
- Joint mobility and pain reduction
- Post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacement, cardiac, orthopedic)
- Assistive device training (walker, cane, wheelchair)
- Home safety assessment and modification recommendations
- Caregiver and family training for safe transfers
When PT helps most
- • Recovering from hip or knee replacement
- • After a stroke, fracture, or fall
- • Living with Parkinson's, MS, or other neuromuscular conditions
- • Deconditioned after a long illness or hospitalization
- • Wanting to reduce fall risk while staying independent
