Carnation Home Health was founded with a clear conviction: home care should feel personal. Not transactional. Not assembly-line. Personal.
We're Medicare-certified, HCAI-licensed, and intentionally focused on a few communities across Southern California — Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties — so we can know our patients and their families by name.
